Placing your order:

- If you need more information on our amps, please feel free to ask. We are more than happy
to help you choose the amp that's right for you. We can also set the amp up just for you and your
playing style.

- Once you've figured out what product(s) you'd like to order, send us an email including your address,
phone number, best hours to contact you, the products you'd like to order and how you'd like to pay.

- We will then send you an official quote and give you the appropriate information for making your payment.

Paying for your amp:

- All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

- All orders are subject to a 50% down payment before we place your amp into the build queue.

- The balance + shipping must be paid in full before your amp leaves the shop.

- Purchaser is responsible for shipping and handling charges and any import duties, brokerage and taxes.

- We only accept payments by international money order, Canadian money order or via Paypal.com
where you may pay with your Visa or Mastercard without becoming a member - or become one to
transfer funds directly from your bank account.

- Build times vary. Amp orders made before March, 2008 will be shipped this fall. Orders made after are
expected to ship this winter.

Warranty:

- Most of our products include our 5+5 year warranty. This is 5 years parts & labour + an additional
5 years of parts coverage.

- Warranty is independent of current amp owner and is fully transferable.

- Warranty does not include tubes, reverb tanks, issues resulting from severe abuse or forces of nature.

- Unauthorized modifications void the warranty. Contact us first before modding your amp - we can help.

Return policy:

- Stock units: If you are not satisfied with your amplifier, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your amp for
a full refund (less shipping/handling). After 14 days and up to 30 days you may return your amplifier for credit towards
another purchase from us.

- Custom units: We can not accept returns for custom units for refund at any time. You may however return
the amplifier for credit towards another purchase from us (less shipping/handling) within 14 days of receiving your amp.
